Olivia Vokes graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2013 and
again in 2015 with a Masters in Physical Therapy. Olivia joined the Fowler Kennedy Sport
Medicine team in September 2015 to complete the Sport Physiotherapy Fellowship, where she
worked at the Fowler Kennedy Fanshawe College location and covered all varsity athletics. She
then completed the Advanced Fellowship doing field coverage for Western Men’s Rugby team
for the 2016-2017 season and treated all varsity athletes in the clinic. Olivia holds a Diploma in
Sport Physiotherapy and is continuing to pursue her levels in the Orthopedic Division of the
Canadian Physiotherapy Association in Manual Therapy. She is also certified in acupuncture.
Olivia has been privileged to cover events for both Hockey Canada and Curling Canada and
continues to cover a variety of community sport events and tournaments. Her background is in
dance as she has competed in a variety of styles leading into University and then became a
Dance Fitness instructor.
Olivia is also certified in pelvic health physiotherapy. Treatments are specialized for active
women dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction; low back, pelvic, or hip pain; as well as
physiotherapy during pregnancy and pre or post-partum.
