Physiotherapy
Lesley has worked with athletes since 2017. She started as a student trainer with the Varsity Men’s Volleyball team during her undergraduate degree at the University of Guelph. She has been working with athletes and covering sports since then, gaining experience with a wide variety of sports and athletes in her career, including competitive/varsity, recreational, contact, and non-contact sports. Lesley graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics (BSc HK) in 2019. She then continued her education at the University of Western Ontario and graduated in 2021 with a Master of Physical Therapy (MPT). Currently, Lesley is completing the Advanced Health Care Practice Masters in Sport and Exercise Medicine (AHCP SEM) at the University of Western Ontario. Lesley enjoys working with athletes of all skill levels and ages to help them achieve their activity-related goals. Specifically, she appreciates being able to work with patients throughout the spectrum of their injury, from the acute or field-side onset to the return to sport and optimization of skills and performance. Lesley is interested in working with grassroots and developing athletes as they explore their athleticism and careers in their sports.
