Lauren is a fourth-year Honours Bachelor of Arts Kinesiology student at Western University, graduating in 2027. Growing up, she developed a passion for sport rehabilitation and athletic performance through her own involvement in dance, volleyball, and competitive soccer.
In 2024, Lauren volunteered within our physiotherapy clinic, assisting physiotherapists with patient exercise programs and maintaining clinic organization and cleanliness. She later served as a Student Athletic Trainer for the Western Mustangs Football team during the 2025-2026 season in the fourth year of her undergraduate degree. In this role, she gained valuable experience in on-field acute injury management while further developing her clinical reasoning and hands-on skills. Through these experiences, Lauren has built a strong foundation in sport medicine and remains eager to continue learning and growing within the field.
Lauren is certified in First Responder, Basic Life Support, SafeTalk, Mental Health in Sport, and Stop the Bleed. Her qualifications, combined with hands-on experience and a strong passion for patient care, enable her to provide knowledgeable and compassionate support in her role at Fowler Kennedy. Lauren plans to continue pursuing a career in physiotherapy, where she hopes to help individuals recover from injury and maintain healthy, active lifestyles while always keeping a smile on their face.
