I graduated from the University of Guelph in 2022 with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics and Neuroscience. During my time at Guelph, I was a member of the varsity women’s hockey team for four years and was part of the U SPORTS National Championship team in 2019. I continued my education at Queen’s University, where I completed my Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2024. Following graduation, I joined the Fowler Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic and completed two Sport Physiotherapy Fellowships, working closely with Western University varsity athletes and gaining extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of sport-related injuries.
As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), I am passionate about helping individuals recover from injury, optimize performance, and return to the sports, activities, and lifestyles they enjoy. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy playing hockey and other recreational sports with family and friends. I also enjoy running, hiking, camping, and travelling whenever I have the opportunity.
