Kacy graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. As a part of her program she gained clinical and research experience in oncology rehabilitation. She completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta. She continued her education by pursuing a Master of Clinical Science in Advanced Health Care Practice – Sport and Exercise Medicine.
Currently, Kacy provides care for Western University Varsity teams and shares her knowledge and experiences by instructing in the athletic injuries practicum. This combination of roles reflects Kacy’s commitment to not just treating athletes but also to educating upcoming professionals in the field. Her approach is always learning, always teaching, and always striving to improve both her skills and the well-being of those she works with. She also works with the London Lightning Basketball team (BSL). She has experience working with IIHF for a High Performance Camp and Wheelchair Basketball Canada.
