Jad completed his Master of Science in Physiotherapy degree from University College Dublin in Dublin, Ireland in 2026 and graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Science (Honours Specialization) in Kinesiology in 2023. Jad developed a passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation through his own experiences with sports and sport-related injuries.
He served as a Varsity Trainer for the Western Mustangs Men’s Basketball team during the 2022-2023 season. He later went on to serve as a Trainer for the London Lightning Basketball team during the 2023-2024 season while also working as a Kinesiologist/Physiotherapy Support at the Fowler Kennedy 3M location. Jad will continue to utilize his on-field experience, acute injury management, and hands-on skills within our physiotherapy clinic and as the Trainer for the London Jr. Knights U18AAA Hockey team for the 2026-2027 season.
Jad holds certifications in First Responder, Basic Life Support, Hockey Canada Safety Person Trainer Level 2, and People Moving and Handling. Jad has a strong interest in exercised-based rehabilitation that is supported through his qualifications and experiences to allow all individuals and athletes to return to a healthy and active lifestyle.
