Orthopaedic Sport Medicine
Dr. Yuta Nakanishi is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, with a particular focus on knee injuries and joint preservation surgery. He completed his orthopaedic training at Kobe University in Japan, followed by a clinical fellowship in Orthopaedic Sport Medicine at Fowler Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic. He also holds a PhD from Kobe University.
Dr. Nakanishi has extensive experience caring for athletes at all levels, having served as a team physician for the Japan U16 Men’s National Volleyball Team and the Panasonic Blueton professional men’s volleyball team.
An active contributor to the field, he has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and book chapters, with research published in leading journals. Dr. Nakanishi is dedicated to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care while advancing sports medicine through ongoing research and education.
