Dr. Meena Saad completed his Bachelor of Science with Honours in Neuroscience at Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2017. He went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Memorial University in 2022, graduating with distinction on the Dean’s List. He then completed his Family Medicine residency at McMaster University in 2024, followed by a Sport and Exercise Medicine fellowship at the Fowler Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic in 2025.
During his fellowship, Dr. Saad was actively involved in team coverage for the Western Mustangs Football team and provided medical support at the Ontario Summer Games. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry and practices at Fowler Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic.
Dr. Saad’s passion for Sport and Exercise Medicine stems from a lifelong love of sports and his commitment to helping patients stay healthy and active. His academic interests include medical education through mentorship and leadership, as well as research. He also has a particular clinical interest in ultrasound-guided procedures. Beyond his medical work, Dr. Saad enjoys quality time with his family, going on long walks, and discovering new places through travel.
