Brendan graduated from Carleton University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts, Honours Specialization in Psychology. Brendan’s degree culminated in his thesis where he examined the impacts of self-efficacy and performance anxiety in regards to sport performance. In 2019, Brendan graduated from the University of Western Ontario completing a Masters of Physical Therapy.
Brendan joined the Fowler Kennedy Sports Medicine team in 2019 while completing the Sport Physiotherapy Fellowship program, providing physiotherapy services to Western University and Fanshawe College Varsity athletes. Brendan has also completed level 1 of the Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy. He continues to advance his knowledge within the sports and orthopaedic divisions. His treatment focuses on improving patients’ physical literacy by building a strong foundation that can be adapted across a number of different scenarios, from daily activities to performance outcomes.
Brendan’s passion for sports medicine developed while playing collegiate baseball in the United States. He continues to be involved in Canadian baseball actively working as a coach for amateur organizations.
