Fowler Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic is recognized as one of the leading sport medicine clinics in North America. We provide medical and rehabilitative care to individuals injured in athletic or recreational activities. We are seeking a front desk receptionist who will support our motto of staying active.

The receptionist work flows from physicians, surgeons, residents, fellows, radiology, physiotherapists, massage therapists, pedorthics, bracing and administration.

We are seeking an individual who is a graduate from a recognized Medical Office Administration Program or has equivalent and current experience. This person should be flexible, reliable, show initiative and be able to work with minimal supervision. The receptionist must be able to manage a heavy workload, utilize EMR, respond to inquiries from multiple telephone lines and ensure efficiency and accuracy when registering and booking appointments for patients.

The individual you should be flexible to work in various departments through our clinics and our different locations, if and when needed.

The work environment at Fowler Kennedy is very busy with both staff and patients seeking assistance. Therefore the incumbent should be well organized and work well under pressure.
