Caray graduated from Queen’s University with a Masters of Physiotherapy in 2020. She completed her Bachelors of Science Honours Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo in 2017. At Waterloo, Caray competed as a 300m sprinter on the varsity track team as well as a student athletic therapist for the cross-country team. Her passion for sport performance, living an active lifestyle, and physical literacy was developed at a young age from being involvement in multiple sports such as basketball, badminton, volleyball, and track and field. Recreationally she continues to enjoy a variety of other sports and activities such as hiking and competitive ultimate frisbee.
Prior to obtaining her Masters of Physiotherapy, Caray was certified and worked as a canfitpro personal trainer and CSEP Exercise Physiologist that allowed her to grow her exercise prescription repertoire. Throughout her education, Caray has pursued experiences that have helped shape her into the compassionate healthcare clinician that she is now. She takes pride in her ability to assess an individual’s personal goals and provide a unique treatment plan for all her clients. She loves getting to know her patients so that she can better tailor her treatment to their needs. Caray has continued to pursue extra training in dry needling, advanced manual therapy, and acupuncture.
