Dr. Austin Kemp is a Family Medicine physician and Sport & Exercise Medicine specialist based in London, Ontario. He completed his undergraduate degree at Western University, earning a Bachelor of Medical Science with an Honours Specialization in Biochemistry as well as Microbiology and Immunology. He subsequently completed medical school, Family Medicine residency, and fellowship training in Sport & Exercise Medicine all at Western University. During his fellowship at Fowler Kennedy, he provided varsity sports coverage for the Western Mustangs football team.
Dr. Kemp has a particular interest in musculoskeletal injuries and ultrasound-guided interventions to improve patient outcomes and optimize performance. He enjoys working with athletes and active individuals of all ages, helping them safely return to sport, work, and daily activities. His approach emphasizes evidence-based medicine, patient education, and individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Kemp is actively involved in medical education and has authored several peer-reviewed journal articles. Outside of the clinic, he maintains an active lifestyle as an avid golfer, hockey player, and skier, and loves traveling the world with his wife.
