Biography
Jamie graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a BA Honors in Kinesiology and an area of concentration in Psychology in 1999. Upon graduation Jamie began working in the health and fitness industry where he worked one on one developing and implementing progressive training programs. His clientele ranged from the elderly, to those seeking weight loss and general fitness, to the athlete including professional, national, and junior level players. In 2004, Jamie joined the team at FKSMC as a Kinesiologist, and also became a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) where he holds the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) designation. Outside of his regular clinical duties, Jamie has taken on the role of clinical supervisor for fourth year kinesiology students at Western University.
Jamie’s clinical interests include ACL rehabilitation, and high performance sport specific return to sport rehabilitation. In his spare time he remains active playing hockey, golfing and training.
