Muhammet (Mo) earned a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2013 and went on to complete a Master of Clinical Science (MClSc) degree in Advanced Health Care Practice (Sport and Exercise Medicine) in 2022. Mo holds both a Certificate and Diploma in Sport Physiotherapy from Sport Physiotherapy Canada and is currently pursuing a second MClSc degree in Comprehensive Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
Mo has been actively involved in various sports throughout his career, with a primary focus on rugby and soccer. Over five years, Mo worked extensively with BC Rugby, including a notable stint with Rugby Canada, where they provided injury assessments, treatments, and rehabilitation for the Rugby Canada Sevens team.
Mo has a special interest in chronic tendon problems, enjoying the challenge of investigating and addressing the multifaceted factors involved. Additionally, Mo takes pleasure in helping individuals recover from surgeries, aiming to restore their strength, mobility, and confidence.
Outside of work and school, Mo enjoys traveling abroad to watch live soccer games.
