Information for Patients

Our patient area is designed to provide patients and caregivers with information about the Fowler Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic and its services and facilities. We hope that any questions concerning patient services can be answered by the site content or redirected to the appropriate contact pointat Fowler Kennedy.

Patient education and community outreach programs through high schools and recreational associations are designed to help the public understand the nature of sport and leisure activity injuries and how to prepare properly to reduce the risks.

The site will also provide the patient and caregivers with educational material that will assist in the recovery from, or prevention of injuries arising from sports activities and everyday living.

  Located in the 3M Centre. Parking is available at the front of the clinic.

  Located in Room SC1001 of the Community Fitness Centre on the College campus (1001 Fanshawe College Boulevard). Free parking is located at the front of the Fitness Centre.

  Located in the GoodLife Fitness Club in downtown London. Two hours free parking is available in the Galleria Mall.
