In 1993, plans to re-locate and expand the Fowler Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic began. Along
with the fantastic increase of services provided by the clinic, the expansion plans included the
provision of a retail outlet which would provide the sport medicine bracing and first-aid supplies
needed by the visitors of the clinic.
Originally opened on September 23rd, 1996 in Thames Hall, The Wreck room has recently relocated. Now located at the front of the Fowler Kennedy Clinic in the 3M Centre, The Wreck Room is easier to access and parking is right out front. This change makes The Wreck Room more convenient for patients of the clinic as well as the general public. Services provided by "The Wreck Room" include the fitting of orthopaedic braces and the sale of first-aid supplies and clothing.
No appointments are required nor is a physician's referral necessary however, the Wreck Room is happy to accept referrals from local physicians.
