How to make an appointment
Patients of all ages suffering from sport or activity related injuries can attend the clinic.
Your family physician may refer you to the clinic or you can call and make your own appointment.

The University of Western Ontario
Located in the 3M Centre. Parking is available at the front of the clinic. For appointments please call (519) 661-3011. (Download UWO map)
Fanshawe College
Located in Room SC1001 of the Student Centre on the College campus (Oxford St. E.). Free parking is located at the front of the Fitness Centre. For appointments please call (519) 452-4230.
Galleria Mall
Located in the GoodLife Fitness Club in downtown London. Two hours free parking is available in the Galleria Mall. For appointments please call (519) 850-5335.
Medical Services
Patients must present their health card at each visit. Medical services only are covered by your Ontario Health Plan.
Physiotherapy Services
Physiotherapy services are not covered by your Ontario Health Plan. A fee for service is charged and payment is due at the time of each treatment. Patients may pay by cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, or Interact and a receipt will be issued. Most patients have extended health care plans which cover part or all of the physiotherapy costs.
